CHARLESTON PATRICK BEARD

22-year old Charleston P. Beard was murdered on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. 

Neighbors who heard gunfire called 911 and patrolmen later found Beard had been murdered in an alley off Vance Avenue. 

Beard was a student at Chattanooga State.
