DAVID D BRASWELL
Detectives believe David Braswell was looking to make some quick cash when he jumped in his Corvette early one morning in 2006.
But the drive to a secluded car wash would be his last.
Around 4:00am on October 14, 2006, witnesses on Hickory Valley Road heard a loud bang and then watched Braswell's white 1994 Chevy Corvette crash into a vacuum island at Shallowford Springs Car Wash. They called 911.
Emergency crews thought they were responding to a traffic crash but once on scene patrol officers found Braswell dead inside his car. He'd been shot several times.
Investigators say Braswell was at the car wash to sell drugs but whoever lured him there intended to rob him.
It's likely several people know what happened that morning and can tell us who killed David Braswell. We need them to give us any information they have that might help us solve this case.
