CAROL PARIS
On October 9, 1985 a woman's skeletal remains were found by a man walking his dogs just off Amnicola Highway at what was then known as the Amnicola Farm Land Area.
The remains were later identified as belonging to Carol Paris. With her remains, investigators recovered a plaid shirt, blue jean overalls and brown sandals. Forensic experts said the remains had been there for at least six months.
An autopsy found seven stab marks on Paris' bones.
Carol Paris was a 39-year old prostitute who was believed to have disappeared at the end of August or early September of 1985.
