Victoria “Vickey” Smith has been missing from 611 Spears Avenue and was last seen by her family on May 21, 2013. 

Smith may be in North Chattanooga, the Red Bank area, or possibly in North Carolina. 

She is 5'04" tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. Police say she has a tattoo of a flower on her right leg and false teeth.
