TOROME WILLIAMS

On December 14, 1986, a man leaving for work noticed someone laying inside a car near 1909 Walker Street. 

When the man returned from work, he saw the person was still in the backseat of the car so he called police. 

Officers found 27-year old Torome Williams dead, he'd been shot once in the back.
